✨Employment changes from 6th April ✨

Do you employ staff?
Well, you need to make sure you are aware of changes RIGHT NOW to SSP
Have you changed your Sickness Absence Policy yet?
Here are the facts:
‼️changes to Statutory Sick Pay apply to every employer in every sector
‼️the two key SSP changes will take effect:
– Firstly, the three waiting days will be abolished.  SSP will now become payable from day one of sickness absence.
– Secondly, the lower earnings limit will be removed. This means SSP will be available regardless of earnings and more individuals will qualify as a result.
There are also other return-to-work procedures and absence trigger points that may benefit from being reviewed as well.
As an employee you have to have many hats on, so why not let us take this headache off you?
